2011 Israel Tour - October 20-31, 2011

Here are the details for an absolutely wonderful tour!

Thursday, October 20, 2011 we will leave Los Angeles International Airport at 8:45 AM on US Air, flight 710, arriving in Philadelphia at 4:50 PM; then, we leave on US Air, flight 796, at 9:15 PM and arrive on Friday, October 21, 2011, in Tel Aviv, Israel, at 2:15 PM. We will spend the first night (getting some sleep!) at the beautiful Dan Panorama Hotel on the Mediterranean Sea!

On Saturday (Shabat), October 22, 2011, we drive north in a beautiful air-conditioned bus to Caesarea Maritima; we will also visit Mount Carmel, and Zippori (Sepphoris) before arriving at our hotel in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee – the Leonardo Plaza for three nights.

After touring Galilee and the Golan Heights, taking a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and enjoying a baptismal service at the Jordan River, we will drive down the Jordanian Valley past Jericho and up to Jerusalem where we will spend three nights in “upgraded” rooms at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel!

On Friday morning, October 28, 2011, we will share a communion service together in the Garden Tomb and then leave for a wonderful two nights at the world famous Le Meridian Hotel and Spa at the Dead Sea! After seeing Masada, Ein Gedi, and Qumran, we will drive on Sunday, October 30, 2011, to Beersheba, and back to Tel Aviv for a delicious farewell dinner.

Our return home will be on US Air, flight 797, leaving Tel Aviv at 10:55 PM, and arriving in Philadelphia at 5:20 AM; At 6:55 AM we will take US Air, flight 27, to Los Angeles, arriving at 11:41 AM on Monday, October 31, 2011.

Our Israeli Tour Guide will be Doron Heileger (who has worked with David for 40 years!), and, of course, David will be teaching all along the way!

PRICE OF THE TOUR: $3799

The price of the tour includes airfare, hotels, bus travel and drivers, guide, entrance fees, tips, visa fees, sumptuous breakfast buffets every morning, and exquisite full-course dinners every night! We will also include four lunches along the way. This is the trip of a lifetime, and a wonderful tour of the LAND of ISRAEL!

A reservation fee of $500 will assure you of a place on the tour and must be turned in to the USA Travel Offices by July 1, 2011. The full price of the tour must be paid by September 1, 2011!
